Refer or Discuss a Case

Attorney Clyde Bergstresser has a proven record of achieving outstanding results for his clients in medical malpractice, legal malpractice, catastrophic personal injury and complex litigation.

As a result of our reputation within the legal community, a significant portion of our cases are referred by other lawyers and law firms. Many of our referrals are received from lawyers who do either do not handle medical malpractice, legal malpractice or complex litigation and/or contingent fee cases; others are from personal injury lawyers and law firms who do not have the time, expertise or capital resources to vigilantly pursue the rights of a particular client.

We routinely pay referral fees to other lawyers in accordance with the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court Rules of Professional Conduct. State Bar rules prohibit referral fees being paid to non-lawyers.

Pursuant to the Massachusetts Rules of Professional Conduct, we may serve as co-counsel with, or refer a matter to, qualified out of state lawyers or law firms. In such an even we would receive an appropriate legal fee on any such case.
